Much has been made lately of Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg’s book and organization, Lean In.  Are their recommendations right for every woman in the working world?  How should young adult females take this information and apply it to their own situations and future aspirations?  Why are women being told to lean in and not stand up?  In the conversation, many may have missed a very important point made on the organization’s website.

Style: "bw222"

Multimedia mogul Tyra Banks attributes her leaning abilities and “Top Model” persona to one person, “the world’s most helpful librarian.”

Stop by your local library and ask a librarian to help you chart you future.  It worked for Tyra – Leaning, Standing and Catwalking!

In addition to being the founder and owner of the multimedia company, Bankable Productions, a former Supermodel and the orginator of the television franchise, America’s Next Top Model, Ms. Banks is the author of the YA novel, Modelland.
